Industrial facilities
When designing industrial facilities, we focus on effectively aligning function and structure. Each project is tailored to the specific technological requirements, resulting in economical and constructible structural systems. The optimization of long-span steel or reinforced concrete frames is a key part of our expertise. If needed, we participate at the manufacturing design level, supporting contractors during implementation. We place particular emphasis on involvement in early design stages to ensure that the structural system integrates efficiently with architectural and mechanical requirements.
Residential buildings
We have extensive experience in the structural design of residential buildings, ranging from single-family homes to large-scale apartment complexes and housing developments. Our projects frequently include multi-story buildings with reinforced concrete or mixed load-bearing systems, often incorporating underground garages or communal spaces. Our design processes are based on BIM software, enabling efficient, transparent collaboration across disciplines. This not only streamlines coordination but also improves construction accuracy and ensures high-quality designs.
Innovation: CLT Design
In recent years, we have placed increasing emphasis on innovative structural solutions, with a particular focus on CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology. Solid timber panel systems offer fast assembly, precise production, and excellent structural performance. Our office prepares not only permit and execution plans but also, upon request, manufacturing drawings. This approach ensures a seamless workflow between design and production, significantly reducing construction risks. For us, the application of timber structures must represent not only a sustainable choice but also a genuinely competitive technical alternative.
Historic structures
Historic structures always present a unique challenge. No two projects are alike—each design brings new insights and exciting tasks. These projects demand special consideration, as knowledge of original construction techniques and materials is essential for appropriate intervention. We value preservation while also offering modern structural solutions. Our colleagues have contributed to the strengthening of several prominent heritage buildings across the country, ranging from industrial monuments to vernacular architecture. Our work has included stone structures, traditional adobe, and log-wall buildings.
Structural assessment
In addition to design, structural assessment is a core service of our firm. During evaluations, we conduct on-site inspections at an agreed time, applying both destructive and non-destructive testing methods with specialized instruments. The resulting expert documentation outlines the building’s general load-bearing system and structural composition. We identify observed issues and provide practical solutions, sometimes recommending further investigations. Where applicable, we offer multiple solution options, enabling clients to make informed decisions.

Our firm provides engineering support for general structural strengthening challenges and collaborates with several contractors whom we can recommend, if needed. We typically work with software and products from Kerakoll, MC-Bauchemie, Fischer, and Hilti. Our office has designed, and our partners have successfully executed, numerous wall stitching, injection, retrofitting, underpinning, and jacketing projects.
