Thesis/Dissertation supervision

Our colleagues actively take on the role of thesis and dissertation supervisors. You are welcome to bring your own idea, or we can select one from our ongoing projects to help you develop. We provide guidance in both manual design methods and engineering software. Our goal is not only to ensure that your thesis is completed, but also that you gain practical knowledge and skills that can benefit your future career or studies.

Internships

If you are studying structural engineering and would like to experience your profession in practice, we encourage you to reach out to us. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both design and consulting projects. We support your professional and software development, and you will also be able to join site visits, where you can witness the construction of buildings you have been involved in designing.

We also understand that for students, summer is not solely about professional practice. That is why we aim to remain as flexible as possible and provide meaningful tasks that will help you decide which field of structural engineering you would like to pursue in the future.

Opportunities for university students

We offer flexible employment options for students enrolled in part-time or correspondence construction-related programs. Within this framework, we accommodate vacation schedules more flexibly, assist with coursework, and support students in understanding their subjects.

Talent development program

In the long term, we are planning to launch a talent development program to provide professional, financial, and technical support for talented engineering students. This program will also promote equal opportunities for highly capable students who come from disadvantaged or challenging backgrounds.

Professional training courses

We also plan to organize small-group professional training courses in the future. Each session will focus on a specific topic, potentially solving sample problems or discussing key engineering principles. The aim of these courses is to share engineering knowledge, bridge generational gaps, and foster professional networking.
